Neurodiversity Transformation Project

As part of the first stage of the Neurodiversity Transformation Project, the Integrated Care Board (ICB) have created a survey in order to further understand the current experiences and journey before and after assessment for parent carers, practitioners and professionals who are supporting children and young people with neurodivergent needs.

This is a wonderful opportunity for those who were unable to attend SGPC’s listening event, to provide feedback to the ICB. The closing deadline for this survey is 31 December 2023. Click here to complete the survey: https://forms.office.com/e/0Xdh3kV2k5

We suggest allowing plenty of time to complete the survey (and maybe a cup of tea and a biscuit).

In order to make sure that the feedback received is current, we are asking that you only provide information about the assessment process if you have experience of this in the last 4 years ie. autism hub/waiting list initiative. This is to avoid feedback on a system that is no longer being used for example where a child was diagnosed 10 years ago. However, we do want to hear your feedback on the pre and post diagnosis process that you have experienced whenever your child received their diagnosis.

We would like to remind everyone that SGPC also have a survey that was sent to those who attended our Listening Event on 28 November. We have extended the closing deadline of this until 31 December 2023. Click here for SGPC’s survey link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SGPC_neurodiversity
