Bookings Open for our Autumn Events

Being a parent carer of a child or young person with SEND can bring extra situations which you may not know how to handle. Whether your child is showing development and/or behavioural differences, or you need help navigating your child’s disability or additional need, workshops and events are here to empower you on your child’s SEND journey.

Information Sessions:

We know there are lots of changes happening both locally and nationally, our Information Sessions are here to help keep you up to date with the latest news. These events are a chance to hear directly from services, get updates from our Parent Voice team and to share your views. Our peer support team are generally on hand to give support and signposting too.

Workshops:

Workshops are a chance to learn more about a specific SEND topic. They offer A combination of professional knowledge and the lived experience of parenting a SEND child. You’ll get ideas, effective strategies and signposting to other services which may benefit your family. Most workshops are recorded, so you can watch again later. There is always an unrecorded time at the end of each session for questions and discussion.

Bookings are now open for our topics through to February half term.
