We’re looking for a Peer Supporter to join our team

We’re really excited to be expanding our team.

You will work as part of our Peer Support team to increase our community connections with parent carers by providing support at Our Community Base, online support groups and workshops.  As well as Outreach work in the community facilitating information sessions within schools and community venues.

You’ll be helping to guide and support Parent Carers in their journey by building networks of community support, building relationships and working in partnership with families and professionals to improve outcomes for the child and family.
