New Support Group

YOU SAID:
Supporting your child's needs alongside having your own disability/neurodivergence can be a challenge, and you'd like to be able to connect with other parents in the same position.

WE DID:
Our new group Our Needs and Theirs is your time to come together, have a cuppa and share your experiences.
We’ll start with a cuppa and a chat, and together design what these sessions will include.

1st Thursday of the month, 12:15pm - 2:00pm during term time.

The group will meet at our Kingswood Community base, which is wheelchair accessible throughout and has a changing places toilet. There is small car park with a number of blue badge spaces, and free on street parking in the local area.

Teas and Coffees are available for anyone who would like one, and whilst this is a adult-focused session children are welcome.

We want this to be a relaxed space, where people feel comfortable. So bring anything you would like to help you relax, whether that’s a fidget toy or your latest crochet project. There’s plenty of space for people to get up and move around as they need to, or to step out into the garden for a break.
