At SGPC we have a specially-dedicated team, called Parent Voice, who gather the views and experiences of parent carers in our community and feed these back in meetings to help shape, influence and design services within Education, Health and Social Care. This way of working ensures that the needs of children and young people with SEND are being considered in the design of services right from the start.

We are looking for a new member of this team who will report directly to the Engagement Coordinator, working also in collaboration with our Marketing and Comms and Community Support teams.

This role will be supporting the Engagement Coordinator with facilitating and arranging engagement opportunities to extend our community reach. By supporting and empowering our parent carer community and representing their voices, we ensure their views are being heard across meetings in education, health and social care.
