GET IN TOUCH VIA EMAIL

Our support email address is a simple way to connect with us. Here at SGPC we are all parent carers ourselves, so we truly understand the challenges and joys of raising a child or young person with SEND. Whether you have questions, need support, or just want to reach out, we're here for you – all from the comfort of your home.
Reach out to us
Are you feeling isolated on your child’s SEND journey? Not sure what support is out there or what steps to take next? You’re not alone – and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
When you email us, our peer support team can help with:
Exploring what support is available for you and your family
Signposting to services and organisations that can benefit you and help you feel more connected
Making sense of forms, processes, and jargon
To help us give you the most useful response, please include the following in your email:
Your child or young person’s age
A brief summary of their needs
Your phone number if you'd like a call back (please note: our calls come from a withheld number)
Our peer support team pick up emails on Mondays and Wednesdays during term time only. Please also check your junk/spam folders so you don’t miss a response.
