Online support sessions
CUPPA & CATCH UP

We started our online ‘Cuppa and Catch Up’ sessions back in 2020, when online support was a lifeline for so many families during lockdown. It’s been great over the years, but lately, it hasn’t been used as much. So, we’ve decided it’s time to shift our focus.
From September, we won’t be running the ‘Cuppa and Catch Up’ sessions anymore, and instead, we’ll be putting our energy into our in-person support sessions and email support for families - drop us a line at support@sglospc.org.uk (our peer supporters work Mon - Thurs, term time only). You can find out more about all the ways we can support you by visiting the ‘Get Support’ page.
